Why my Website pages in two folders everytime I create a web application?

Hi:

I am using "Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2005 Express Edition" to build a simple web application: "Listing930LinkDBTableClass",

C:\Documents and Settings\James\My Documents\JamesWebPageDesign\BookASPNet2ndEdition\Listing930LinkDBTableClass

(in that folder contains: App_Data; App_Code, Web Config file, and ASPX files).

But I also notice there is same name"Listing930LinkDBTableClass", file type : Microsoft Visio Studio Solution created in below folder

C:\Documents and Settings\James\My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\Projects\Listing930LinkDBTableClass

Why is it necessary to create the socond file in the "\Visual Studio 2005\Projects" folder, or is it because I also have the MS Visual Studio 2005 installed?
