why the code behind does not excute

the code behine in my project execute when the project run on the local machine, but when I uplaod the project to the server, it seem like not recognized and not excute at all.

can someone explain and tell me how to solve this prob.

PDid you upload the project's /dll folder?
there is one dll file included in the bin foder that is uploaded with the project. I dont have any dll folder...
